  1. Damaged or Lost Shipments
  • Notification Requirement: If your order arrives damaged or with defects, you must notify us within imediatly. Please open the package at the moment it is received and provide photographic evidence of the damage and the shipping receipt. If the review is approved, we will work to resolve the issue; however, any additional shipping fees for replacements may be the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Custom-Made Items: Custom-made items begin production upon order confirmation, meaning they cannot be canceled once production starts. If cancellation is requested before production begins, a restocking fee of 30% will apply. Completed and shipped orders are non-refundable except in cases of damage during shipping.

  • Return Policy: Retail items, such as Element Packs, may be returned within 14 days for store credit, provided they are in new, resellable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Custom or Limited Edition items cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged.
